For Peckham Festival’s opening night (Thursday 8th September 2016), we are teaming up with Peckham and Nunhead Free Film Festival and Electric Pedals to hold an open air cinema at Copeland Park. 

Electric Pedals are a Peckham-based outdoor cinema company that operates solely on human pedal power. The whole cinematic event will be powered by speedy legs keeping the electricity high enough to keep the film running.

The film is set to be the classic 1980’s Blues Brothers with a few Peckham-based shorts before hand.

There will be a tasty selection of food traders dotted around and The NINES will be open serving drinks and food as usual with a blues band playing after the film.
