Camberwell Open House: 24th June

Now in its 13th Year, Open House is a permanent feature on the Camberwell community’s event calendar. The day is hugely popular with local families, with many returning year after year. Camberwell Open House is this weekend on the 24th of June. The event is free and open to all! If you live locally then it’s a fantastic opportunity to have a sneak peak at the work that is being made on your doorstep! It’s a free event that’s suitable to the whole family.

During the Open House you can take the chance to look around the Summer Shows following their map. You can also take part in some of the workshops which are run by Camberwell College of Arts’ experienced tutors and students.

Activities this year include:

  • Letterpress
  • Screenprint a stencil design on a canvas bag
  • The Darkroom Experience
  • Bookbinding
  • Facepainting
  • Monoprinting
  • Make your Own Stamps
  • Design your Own Badge
  • Make a Carnival Mask
  • Explore the Summer Shows following the Activity Trail

Most workshops are drop in, others you can book on the day. All materials are provided. To find out more click here.

Open House is supported by CRAFT (Camberwell Residential Academic & Fellowship Trust), UAL Widening Participation and Overbury.
