Please join Yarnachist (Georgia Little) for a beginners craftivism workshop – here you will learn the basics of crochet whilst exploring how it can be used in the context of activism and gentle protest. As well as learning a new calming skill, you will be encouraged to discuss social issues and ideas which will help improve the community. This workshop will be an alcohol-free space.

Yarnachist is a campaigner for social change and antifascism, involved in groups such as Sisters Uncut and CND, Based in Bussey building studios, their work explores textiles as a form of direct action.
