Angela Johnson is a contemporary British painter. The focus of her practice is her experience of the female human condition and her work shifts between abstraction and representation. She works with a variety of mediums (painting, drawing, printmaking) and attempts to explore the awkwardness, strangeness and humour within her subject using colour, line and form.
